I have some exciting news to talk to you guys about today. Sometimes you just have to get out of your own way and take your hands off the steering wheel. Leaving it up to a higher power can be scary, but when you do, it is amazing to see how the Universe will work when you get out of the way.

The exciting news is we now have a studio in Chicago, right downtown. I partnered with one of my dear friends, Chris Totes from Serenity Wellness. We are right next to her space. The studio, Essence Of Life, will offer Yoga, Pilates, and Barre to start. We will also be running Yoga Teacher Training for those who want a deeper understanding or who feel inspired to teach.

There are tons of workshops already set up and some pretty amazing things are happening. I was not sure which direction to go in. So, I prayed and asked what should I be doing? I was given the answer and here we are. But, I had to be willing to ask for help and know that the answer would come in time.

For months we have been talking about going virtual, and now that studio is fully equipped to record, and do live streaming. We have a great vibe here and so many people have come to me and said, they want to stay connected, but they have to move away, or go on vacation, or they really liked the meditation they had in class that day and want a copy. Now, it doesn’t matter what is going on in your life, you can even watch us on your cell phone. Look out for updates, we are working hard to make that happen as soon as possible.

That’s not all, I am happy to announce we are going to be doing yoga retreats in Bali, Costa Rica and several other places. There will be awesome teachers, leaders and everybody has their own gifts, philosophies to bring to the table.

My message today is, I don’t want you to give up. Pray: your answers are going to show up in front of you. I had no intentions of leaving teaching, I just wondered if I should back off a little bit. But the sign came in from the Universe loud and clear. I wasn’t burnt out from teaching, something was just stirring inside me, and I wasn’t sure where I was going, and how I was going to do it. My intuition was telling me something was going on. If you follow your intuition, you never know who you are going to meet.

Trust your intuition, keep the faith and remember to never give up.
