The Power Of Breath Work and Meditation
We are very excited to interview Lili Pettit again about her breath work and meditation practice that has started to take the world by storm. Sometimes referred to as “new yoga”, it might seem a little strange, and weird, but we have to tell you, “self-love” is not weird, it is necessary. Don’t consistently beat your self up for what you do, accept your self, keep showing up for your self, for your goals and for your dreams. We are here to help you achieve those goals and manifest those dreams. So, today we want to talk a little about meditation and breath work which has been proven to assist you to be able to focus and make better decisions. If you really want to step up and be the CEO of a company, or whatever it is that you want, coming from a super clear focused point in your decision making might be what you are looking for.
People who are so busy are easily caught up with trying to get everything done. We suggest taking a picture to see how breath work and meditation can help you change from the very beginning. We have a question for you…how do you want to live? Do you want to live from a place where you are so busy, so rushed, with no time to exercise, no time to travel, because you are so busy? There are other options.
Are you connected to the world around you? Some people report they are more in tune with what is showing up in their lives and feel more connected to what is going on around them. We often talk about manifesting, but we are always manifesting, energy attracts energy, we are all energy. When you are consistently clearing out stagnant, you are going to start drawing in the positive. You might notice that you are thinking about positive things, asking for signs, and clearing out with the breath helps us to enhance our intuition.
If you know there are things that needs decluttering, and recognize that there are things that need to be moved, it might cause anxiety? We discuss how to deal with that new feeling of being in a state of recognition of what is really going on in your life. That could be overwhelming and stressful. But, Lili shares some tips and techniques on how to deal with it positively and consistently.
We really appreciate Lili joining us today to talk about how to start that journey of recognizing one’s issues, that layer of “stuff” that we don’t even know we allowed to enter in our lives. That is what our show is about, how to move forward, how to let go of what is no longer serving you, and having the hope and faith to keep putting one foot in front of the other. You are supported, we are here for you. Please keep sending in those questions. It’s not about the problem, it’s how we deal with the problem.
If you take the challenge that Lili gives at the end of the show please send us in your comments and pictures so we can show them to our audience. Be an inspiration to others!
Thanks for watching!

How To Let Go Of The Old | Interview with Lili Pettit, Owner of Clutter Healing Inc.
Podcast: Play in new window | Download
Hi Guys, welcome back!
We are so excited to interview Lili Pettit, the founder of Clutter Healing Inc. It is a conscious home organizing business that can help people to eliminate what no longer works in their homes and lives. Everything is made of energy in our lives, and we are affected in good ways and sometimes not so good ways. There are even times when having certain things around us can affect us consciously or subconsciously.
In our show today we will talk about how to help people move forward especially if they feel stuck or blocked. Lili tells us that there is usually a trigger, something big someone wants, or is looking for and just can’t seem to find it. Her job is to help people attain what they want and also help them become more organized energetically in order to better attain their goals. People sometimes hold onto things to help them feel safe and have a sense of control.
Lili also mentioned, “When you recognize and then realize that certain things are no longer serving you, whatever the story is behind anything, it is time to get it out. Don’t put it in your garage or behind the closet. Let it go and don’t make excuses.”
But if you feel like you can’t do it on your own there is nothing wrong with asking for some help. Some people need coaching sessions and support to make the time necessary to make changes. There isn’t anything wrong with getting support from an expert. Lili has a whole team of people that helped her change, grow and evolve. She is constantly working on herself so she can better help others.
More about Lili: A born organizer, Lili Pettit discovered her planning skills at a very young age rearranging her childhood bedroom and finding new ways to fold and fit her clothes perfectly in every drawer. She sought out junk drawers and cluttered closets and categorized their contents just for fun, and before long Pettit had honed an incredible skill that would later become her passion.
With a B.S. in Communications from San Diego State University, Pettit attended a Los Angeles fashion school for merchandising and fashion business certification and embarked on a career that introduced her to wardrobe styling and professional shopping. Her responsibilities ranged from personal shopping to systemizing massive wardrobe trailers, which kept Pettit on her toes and put her organizational skills to the test. Pettit has since worked with a variety of celebrities, fashion photographers, glossy-magazine editors and commercial directors with a long list of referrals and recommendations.
Having spent so much of her career surrounded by such an incredible amount of “stuff,” Pettit soon developed a unique understanding of the vast scope of disorganization in people’s lives – and the profound emotional connections they keep with their possessions. It can become all-consuming, and Pettit became determined to help clients let go of the old so that they can live, love and prosper in the now. And Clutter Healing® was born!
Pettit next underwent extensive professional training in the healing arts, including shamanic house blessing and pranayama breathwork meditation, to complement her de-cluttering skills with spiritual healing. She uses these unique tools during many of her organization processes to clear the mind and body while cleansing the home once needless possessions have been removed from clients’ spaces. These techniques also are helpful prior to starting the organization process to help ease resistance, tension and stress.
Clutter Healing® offers a variety of services that help clients balance their clutter while recognizing and understanding what they need – and let go of the rest. Pettit’s positive attitude, clear logic, and gentle energy help guide clients through the cleansing process and establish a sense of calm, clarity and consciousness in their emotional and physical space. Please call (310) 409-3024 or email [email protected] for a complementary consultation.
Thanks for watching, and sending in your comments and questions… please keep them coming in.

How To Be Your Best | Not Just Make The Best
Podcast: Play in new window | Download
Hi Guys, welcome back!
Today’s show is going to be about how to show up and be your best instead of just showing up and making the best. Have you ever had challenges with not being exactly where you wanted to be, or thinking that everything should be advancing further along then it should be? We have a question for you…have you asked yourself.. “Am I really setting myself up to be the best, in order to make the best product, or make the best of the situation…or were you just simply trying to make the best of the situation and not really preparing yourself to be there?” There is a big difference. That difference could actually be the difference between being successful and not being able to fulfill your goals. We all want to achieve things, and some of us put in a lot of hard work and effort in order to do so. What exactly is the distinguishing factor between showing up at your best versus trying to make the best? Does that distinguishing factor make a bigger impact than we realize?
We think a lot of people out there can relate with that, we know it shows up a lot of the time for us. The reality is, that is a really important question that a lot of us probably need to ask our selves more often. Today we are going to talk about how to step into your life in a different way. One thing you can start doing right now is to get really still with your self and think ‘Am I doing all these things to be busy, or is it really my passion, my purpose of my higher calling?’ Sometimes we show up and make the best of the situation because we were asked to do it and couldn’t say no, or we make ourselves busy to avoid actually being able to be successful.
We want to hear what you have to say, what do you do to make sure you are being the best version of yourself possible before entering any situation?
Thanks for sending in your comments and questions… please keep them coming in.
